Prescription Delivery: What you need to know.
Receiving Your Prescription & Signature Requirement
Our delivery riders will request that you confirm on their delivery book by signing and confirming receipt of your medication. Confirmation can also be done via WhatsApp to our official number.
Delivery Days
Regular delivery is Monday through Saturday. Some delivery sent by courier may arrive on Sunday. Orders that need to be refrigerated must be collected from our office from Monday to Saturday.
Delivery Tracking
You can check your order status any time on your computer or mobile device by checking your dashboard when you log on to our website.Learn more about order status alerts.
Delivery to Towns
We organize deliveries to other towns within the country. Deliveries are dispatched
by 9.00 am using different courier services and communication sent to the customer. We’re happy to make different arrangements if needed.
Late or Missing Deliveries
Ensuring that you have your medication when you need it is our top priority. If you
don’t receive your order on schedule, call us as soon as possible.
Change of Address
In case of any change of address please call us to update your account details.

Traveling
If you’re on vacation or away from home for an extended period, you can arrange
delivery to your current location or a nearby courier location. Call us for such
