If you are allergic to calcium or vitamin D or any of the other ingredients. Read the leaflet or email for full details.

If you have high levels of calcium in your urine (hypercalciuria) or blood (hypercalcemia).
If you are suffering from kidney disease or kidney stones.
If you have high levels of vitamin D in your blood.
If you are immobile for large parts of the day.
